Rahul Pagidipati founded and has served as the CEO of Anion Technologies Ltd., a software outsourcing firm, and Anion Healthcare Services, since 1999. He is the managing partner of the Pagidipati Family Limited Partnership which holds significant investments in both public (J. Alexanders, ITEX, Rediff.com, and others) and private corporations. Mr. Pagidipati is a licensed attorney in the State of Florida and a Partner at Phoenix File & Pagidipati PLLC a corporate, bankruptcy and real estate law firm based in Fort Myers (Sanibel Island), Florida.
Mr. Pagidipati has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Florida, a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University School of Law. Mr. Pagidipati served on the Board of Directors of Suncoast Labs, before its acquisition by Laboratory Corporation of America (NYSE: LH), and co-founded and served on the Board of Directors of Freedom Health, the largest privately held Medicare Advantage HMO in the United States of America.
