Charles Phoenix of Rhodes Tucker leads the Sanibel Babe Ruth League Inc. into 2014 as its President for the 3rd consecutive year. The league has developed a variety of cutting edge programs under Mr. Phoenix’s direction, including the one-of-a-kind Sanibel Academy.
